Butterfly Bundle
Looking to attract more butterflies to your garden, but don’t know where to start?
Beaver Creek Naturalists have put together this list of five key species to get your garden space started! This bundle has been specifically designed to incorporate a range of size, color, and bloom times that will offer Host plants and nectar supply throughout the year.

This bundle includes two host plants to Wisconsin butterflies.
Common milkweed is the host plant for monarch butterflies and provides everything the monarch will need to thrive in your space at all stages of its lifecycle.
Brown Eyed Susan offers a tall and broad burst of yellow flowers late in the season while also being the host plant to the silvery checkerspot butterfly.
Prairie Blazing Star and New England Aster were chosen as they provide a stable source of nectar late into the fall, which is perfect for supporting migratory butterfly species on their way south, and providing food for our year round species as they prepare for winter.
Last but not least, Wild Bergamot attracts many types of pollinators to its aromatic flowers and provides butterflies with a robust source of nectar.
