On this hike participants will use all five senses to immerse themselves in nature.
The practice of forest bathing has been used since the 1980s in Japan and has been shown to improve health and wellbeing.

Location: Meet at Beaver Creek Reserve Main Lodge on the North Campus. Will hike the North trails.
