Northern Saw-whet Owl Migration Banding

Northern Saw-whet Owl migration is underway. Beaver Creek Bird Banders want to introduce you to these charismatic night flyers. Learn about how we capture, measure, age, sex and band these nocturnal visitors. Bring a flashlight, the parking lot is dark. This program will be held indoors. If there is inclement weather (rain, snow, high winds, or extreme cold) this program will be canceled by 3pm program day.
