Introduction to Folk-Art Wood Carving
Take the time to learn a new hobby or hone your wood carving skills as we dive into the fun world of folk art wood carving!
Intended for first time carvers and beginners, this course will introduce basic wood carving techniques.
Participants will carve plants, animals, or subjects related to outdoor fun and will leave the course with a basic wood carving kit so they can continue to hone their skills at home or out on the trail.
We will enjoy hot beverages while we carve.
Ages 12+
Children must be accompanied by an adult. The adult accompanying the child is free if they are not participating. If the adult is participating they must register themselves to receive a kit.
Cost: $60 Members and $75 Non-members
If you’re a returning guest and already have a carving kit, you’ll receive a $30 discount on the program fee.
