Tea Infusions: What Are They and How to Make Them - The Tea Kitchen

$50.00 Member and $55.00 Non-Member

Are you ready to use herbs to support your well-being? This 3 part series focuses on starting a home herbal
apothecary with plants from the land around you. Build your knowledge and prepare for the upcoming
harvest season by learning how to utilize the abundant medicinal plants of the Chippewa Valley (and
beyond!).
Each class will deep-dive into 3 different plants. Learn how each herb “works,” how to ID, harvest and
also how to use it safely. We’ll demonstrate the best techniques for preserving and utilizing herbs such
as teas, salves and tinctures. Each class will focus on one technique. Participants will go home with an
herb or remedy from class to continue the hands-on learning.
