Family Campout

Check-in on Friday from 5:00-7:30 PM (dinner will not be provided).
Check-out will be at 10:00 AM on Sunday.
Cost: Members $50/person, Nonmembers $60/person
*Registration costs include up to 5 family members. Additional members will be $20/person.
Tired of being inside? Ready for a new adventure? Bring your family and friends for an overnight campout here at Beaver Creek! You will get to stay in one of our cabins, experience many winter activities such as snowshoeing and cross-country skiing, and cook meals over a fire of our own making. Be ready to be out and about, so dress accordingly!
Prior to the weekend, a packing list and activity schedule will be sent out to participants so you know how to prepare for the fun weekend ahead. Types of activities may include winter animal tracking, bird banding, snowman building, and more!
Families are encouraged to share a cabin with another family and receive $50 off the event fee! Please indicate whether you would like to share a cabin with another family during registration. If you are attending Family Campout with another family and would like to share a cabin with them, please also include the name of the family.
Some breakfast foods will be provided throughout the weekend (more details to come!), and both lunch and dinner will be provided on Saturday, January 14.
Our Candlelight Snowshoe Hike is on Friday, January 13 from 6-9 PM. Families can indicate during registration for Family Campout whether they plan on attending the event, but it is not required. This event includes a 1-mile snowshoeing loop with hot chocolate and a warm fire as you finish the trail. You are welcome to bring your own snowshoes, otherwise, rentals are $3/pair.
