Fall Party & Annual Meeting 2025

Cost: Adults (ages 16+): $30/person (1 drink ticket included), Children (ages 6-15): $10/person (drink ticket not included) Kids 5 and under: FREE

Location: Beaver Creek Reserve Main Lodge

Dress Code: Casual, your best fall attire!

Join us for this year's Fall Party and Annual Meeting! We will announce 2024 volunteer and donor award winners, hear from our Naturalist, Megan Giefer-Schimmel as she talks about updates to our outdoor field trips curriculum and the impact it has on students from all over the Chippewa Valley and Beyond. The Annual Meeting presentation will reflect back to 2024 and discuss our plans for 2025-2026 as we hear from our Executive Director, Erik Keisler and some members of our Friends Board.

During the Annual Meeting presentation, we will have kid's activities for those to enjoy! 

Dinner will be provided with registration. We welcome you for a night of comradery and nature activities for both kids and adults, and good company. We hope to see you and your families there!

5:00-6:30 PM - Annual Meeting Presentation
6:30-7:00 PM - Volunteer and Donor Awards
7:00-8:00 PM - Social Hour (Campfire, Public Telescope Viewing if skies are clear, Northern Saw-whet Owl Banding) (more information coming soon!)

*Those registered for our Fall Party and Annual Meeting will get FREE admission to the Wise Nature Center from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM before the event.

Pre-registration ends Sunday, September 21 | Walk-ins accepted, if you wish to have dinner, registration is required.
