Carving with Kids: Introduction to Carving Skills

Date: Friday, November 10

Time: 6:00 - 7:30 PM

 

Join us around the fire and learn a new hobby. Parents and children will learn the basic skills and safety techniques of carving. This program is meant as a beginner class for those who are interested in wood carving, and will offer a safe introduction to the hobby by starting out carving soap. This course will teach parents and children all of the essential skills and safety that can be directly transferred to carving wood.

 

Ages: 8-12 with an adult

Cost: $10 Member, $12 Nonmember (Adult admission is free with accompanying child)

Register by: Wednesday, Nov 8 at 3:00 PM 

Walk-ins will not be accepted.

Location: Main Lodge at Beaver Creek Reserve.
