Calling all ghosts, vampires, and superheroes of the night! Join us for a spook-tacular evening out at Beaver Creek Reserve. Trick-or-treat around our paved Storybook Hiking Trail, decorate a pumpkin, learn about some of the creepy crawlies we have here at Beaver Creek, and read a Halloween themed children's story before we meet one of our live animals!

Family appropriate costumes are highly encouraged (for both kids and adults!). Register by Tuesday, October 28 to reserve your child a pumpkin, limited pumpkins will be available for those that did not pre-register. S'mores, candy, and apple cider will be provided. If weather does not allow for outside trick-or-treating, everything will be moved inside the Wise Nature Center.

NEW this year... Join us on our trails after trick-or-treating for a Halloween candlelight hike! This hike is about a 1 mile loop guided by luminaries. This is a self-guided hike and NOT a haunted hike, there will not be people stationed on the trail. Please note the hiking path is not paved/stroller friendly. End the hike with s'mores and hot apple cider. If trick-or-treating is moved inside due to weather, the Halloween Hike will be cancelled.

The admission fee includes trick-or-treating, pumpkin painting, and the Halloween Hike.

• 6:30-8:00 - Halloween Hike
